Workout Update
Sunday 5th May // 7.3km run
I had a cold this week, soooo not too much has happened.
Sunday 12th May // indoor workout consisting of 320 different crunches/sit-ups // 20 x 10sec planks (5 sec. breaks) // 20 x hyperextensions // 2 x 35 tricep dips // 50 bicycle punches with 2 x 2k // 30 push ups // 100 glute bridge // 60 squats // 50 donkey kicks per leg // 50 kicking lunges per leg // 30 Romanian deadlifts with 10k
Salad with roasted duck and mango after.
